We present a single-family home with 144.2 m², classified as a T3 (three-bedroom) with a garage, located at Rua dos Ferreiros 32, Figueira da Foz. This home was fully designed, developed, and built by the architecture studio Premissa, which took on the roles of developer, builder, and designer. The aim was to achieve formal coherence and optimal construction quality in every detail by maintaining control over all phases of the design and construction process.
